Purpose (Summary) *
Promote the Sun City Grand Drama Club productions to season ticket holders prior to announcing to the general public by offering reduced pricing and preferred seating.
Specific responsibilities *
1. Announce season productions and dates to season ticket holders in the May/June time period. 2. Process season ticket orders in a prompt manner during the May-July time period. 3. Contact ticket holders via telephone, regarding any issues. 4. Personally introduce self to ticket holders that have experienced issues. (NEW) 5. Provide quality support and exceed customer expectations.

Proposed additional responsibilities - to be discussed: 1. Work with Marketing on a Season Ticket introduction package. 2. Work with Marketing on a process to promote club to new season ticket holders. 3. Luncheon for new ticket holders, to include introduction to Board and a short skit. 4. Initiate a program (levels) where a ticket holder for "x" years be classified as a silver/gold/or ??, holder where they receive 2 free tickets to a Cabaret/Readers show or Grand Café gift card, or ??? 5. Institute a process to follow up on those that fall off the list and why. 6. Add season ticket holders to mailing list for club newsletter. 7. Add a section to the newsletter - Meet xxx Season Ticket Holder for __ yrs
